Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer role located in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day sales operations, generating leads, fostering relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Officer will also support channel sales efforts, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization through proactive sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Proven experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations
  • Familiarity with Channel Sales strategies and methods
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Professional demeanor, goal-oriented mindset, and self-motivation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the fire safety or related industries will be an added advantage
