This role is for a Territory Sales Officer for a leading FMCG company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing distributors, driving sales, and executing market plans within an assigned territory. This is a field-intensive role that requires a strong inclination toward sales and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage company distributors in the assigned market within the branch geography.
- Oversee the sales of various product categories, including cigarettes, food products, stationery, personal care products, and Modern Trade.
- Conduct compulsory market touring.
- Prepare monthly reports and plans at the branch.
- Report directly to the Area Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in sales.
- Strong inclination toward sales and distribution.
- Market-oriented with a focus on understanding market dynamics.
- Confidence in engaging with distributors and clients.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Any UG/PG education.
