The Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling medical devices such as IV sets, IV cannulas, and blood collection tubes to hospitals, clinics, distributors, and healthcare professionals. The role involves building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, nursing homes, laboratories, and distributors
• Promote and sell products like IV sets, IV cannulas, and blood collection tubes
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, purchase managers, and hospital staff
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence
• Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support
• Participate in medical exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events.
