Sales Officer

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team in a full-time remote role. The Sales Officer will focus on reaching out to potential clients, promoting our platform, and supporting the growth of our healthcare network.

• Identify and connect with potential clients, including doctors, clinics, and pharmacies.
• Promote AYKA Care services and explain the value to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support in developing and implementing sales plans.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
• Conduct basic market research to identify leads and opportunities.
• Assist in preparing proposals and client presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

• 1–3 years of sales experience (healthcare industry preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and gain client trust.
• Basic knowledge of sales strategies and negotiation techniques.
• Comfortable with using digital tools and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Salary: 15,000 – 30,000 per month (based on experience & performance).
• Preferred Locations: Lucknow, Jaipur, Chandigarh.
