Job Description

  • We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Premium Acquisition Manager to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in premium acquisition and sales.

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire high-value customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 year of experience in premium acquisition or sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools.
