Job Description: Marketing Manager (Execution Lead)
Location: Mohali(On Site)
Work Schedule-Monday to Saturday (6:30 AM-3:30 PM)
Focus: US Market for residential solar (high-ticket B2C)
Role Overview-
We're looking for a
Marketing Manager who thrives in execution, coordination, and making things actually happen. This role sits directly under the Head of Marketing and acts as the central engine that translates strategy into high-quality, on-time delivery across teams.
Key Responsibilities-
- Execution Ownership Own end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across channels Translate strategic plans into actionable briefs, timelines, and deliverables Ensure zero drop-offs between ideation and go-live
- Team Coordination Act as the single point of contact between design, content, performance, product, and external agencies Align cross-functional teams to deliver against campaign goals Run structured sprint planning and consistent follow-ups
- Project & Timeline Management Build and manage detailed project plans with clear milestones Track progress, flag risks early, and eliminate bottlenecks Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and at expected quality standards without exceptions
- Lead Management & Funnel Coordination Own the lead flow lifecycle from vendor handoff to inside sales conversion Act as the bridge between Vendor Manager and Inside Sales to ensure zero lead leakage Ensure proper lead allocation, tracking, and hygiene within CRM systems Identify funnel drop-offs and proactively resolve them with relevant teams Create structured weekly reports on lead performance and optimization areas
- Quality Control Maintain brand consistency across all assets and channels Review deliverables before final approvals Ensure all outputs align with strategy and defined standards
- Data & Reporting Track campaign and lead performance in collaboration with performance marketing and sales teams Share execution-level insights and learnings with the Head of Marketing Maintain dashboards for campaign tracking and funnel visibility
- Process Implementation Work closely with the Head of Marketing to implement systems, workflows, and SOPs Build scalable processes for both campaign execution and lead management Continuously improve operational efficiency across teams
Requirements
5+ years of experience in marketing execution, campaign management, or lead lifecycle management
Strong understanding of digital marketing, sales funnels, and CRM systems
Experience working with inside sales teams and external vendors/agencies
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders, drive clarity, and ensure alignment across teams
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities without compromising on deadlines
Highly detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving and execution
Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with consistency and reliability
