This is a full-time, on-site Sales & Marketing role based in Chennai. The responsibilities include managing sales operations, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires conducting product and service presentations, training clients, and contributing to sales strategies to achieve organizational goals. Effective communication with clients, understanding their requirements, and delivering tailored solutions will also be key aspects of this position.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure successful client interactions.
• Expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Experience in delivering Training sessions to clients or internal teams.
• Ability to build and nurture client relationships to stimulate business growth.
• Proficiency in strategic planning and market analysis to capitalize on business opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in sales or marketing within the technology or building management systems industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
