About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Product Manager Sales & Marketing to manage and grow our product portfolio across assigned regions. The role involves a blend of sales execution, market development, sourcing coordination, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle a portfolio of products for the assigned region
- Drive sales growth and monitor development activities for the product portfolio
- Identify and develop new customers while expanding business with existing clients
- Explore new applications and market opportunities to position products effectively
- Source materials from domestic and international markets to meet customer requirements
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand business needs and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with branch teams to ensure achievement of sales targets
- Analyze market trends and anticipate future demand patterns
- Maintain accurate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly business reports

Candidate Profile:
- Strong interest in Sales & Marketing within a product-based environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer requirements
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
