About the Role

Sattava Snacks Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and highly connected Offline Marketing Salesperson for the FMCG sector. The primary responsibility of this role is to build and strengthen distributor and brand networks across Pan-India, generate business opportunities, and establish strategic marketing collaborations for company products.

The ideal candidate should possess strong industry relationships, excellent networking abilities, and extensive experience in FMCG distribution, offline marketing, and business expansion. This role requires a professional who can travel extensively, connect with brands and distributors, negotiate business deals, and drive product placement and market growth nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand distributor and dealer networks across India.
  • Build strong relationships with FMCG brands, retailers, wholesalers, and channel partners.
  • Identify and secure offline marketing and distribution opportunities for company products.
  • Generate strategic partnerships and business collaborations within the FMCG industry.
  • Conduct regular market visits, business meetings, and networking activities across different regions.
  • Negotiate and finalize commercial deals, product placements, and marketing tie-ups.
  • Coordinate with distributors and partners to improve product visibility and sales performance.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry networking events.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Achieve sales, distribution, and expansion targets set by the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in FMCG sales, offline marketing, or distribution networking.
  • Strong distributor and channel partner network across Pan-India.
  • Proven experience in closing business deals and creating strategic marketing partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively for business development activities.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG market operations and offline sales channels.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of independently managing business growth.
  • Experience in handling B2B business relationships and distribution expansion is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Candidates from FMCG, retail distribution, offline marketing, or channel sales backgrounds will be preferred.
  • Existing nationwide distributor and retailer connections will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate should have strong business development and networking capabilities.
