Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive Sales and Marketing initiatives while also managing Public Relation and brand visibility efforts. The role focuses on revenue generation, client relationship management, and strengthening the market presence of FNP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads for weddings, social, and corporate events.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to drive closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, corporates, and agencies.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to promote venue offerings.
• Coordinate with internal teams for social media, website updates, and paid campaigns.
• Develop promotional strategies for seasonal events, packages, and special offerings.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Drive brand visibility through PR initiatives including media outreach and collaborations.
• Build and manage relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
• Support press releases, event promotions, and brand communication activities.
• Represent the brand at exhibitions, networking events, and industry platforms.
• Maintain sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing (hospitality/events industry preferred).
