Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in our key projects, establishing relationships with potential clients, and ensuring seamless communication between sales teams, internal departments, and clients. This role is based in New Delhi / Gurgaon and will focus on generating new business opportunities, managing project-specific sales, and working closely with the senior sales management team.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Generate Sales Leads: Identify and generate new business opportunities within the project sales vertical through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Process Management: Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to project completion, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates in collaboration with internal departments, ensuring accurate pricing and project scope.
  • Project Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, securing contracts and ensuring project success.
  • Coordinate with Internal Teams: Work closely with project managers, design teams, and operations to ensure the delivery of services meets customer expectations.

Project Management Support:

  • Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, track progress against goals, and report on key performance metrics to management.
  • Client Presentations: Present project ideas, concepts, and solutions to potential clients, showcasing the company's expertise and capabilities.
  • Customer Service: Maintain post-sales support by ensuring clients are satisfied with the project's progress and handling any concerns or modifications needed.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Market Analysis: Continuously monitor and assess the competitive landscape to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product innovations relevant to the projects you manage.

Candidates Attributes:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present to senior-level clients.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sales Acumen: In-depth understanding of project sales and B2B sales strategies.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of successful negotiations and closing high-value deals.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in project sales, ideally in the luxury industry, retail fit-outs, furniture, or interior design sectors.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of project timelines, budgets, and the construction/fit-out process is preferred.
  • Location: Based in New Delhi or Gurgaon
