Key Responsibilities
Government & Institutional Sales
- Drive sales for FRP / SMC / Composite products in PSU, CPWD, PWD, DISCOMs, Oil & Gas, Railways, Urban Infrastructure, and Utility projects
- Develop and manage relationships with government officials, consultants, EPC contractors, and project authorities
- Handle product approvals, vendor registrations, technical presentations, and pre-bid discussions
Tendering & Project Business
- Track, evaluate, and support participation in GeM / e-procurement / PSU tenders
- Coordinate technical documents, compliance submissions, and commercial inputs with internal teams
- Support negotiation, order finalization, and execution coordination
Market Development & Channel Expansion
- Expand presence with distributors, project partners, and contractors
- Identify new government projects and infrastructure opportunities
- Support pricing strategy, market intelligence, and competitor analysis
Branding & Marketing Support
- Support preparation of product catalogues, case studies, technical datasheets, and presentations
- Represent the company in industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and official meetings
Internal Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with production, design, quality, and logistics teams
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and periodic performance reports
Requirements
Mandatory Eligibility Criteria (Strict Non-Negotiable)
Candidates must meet ALL conditions below:
Experience
- Latest minimum 5 years of proven experience in government / PSU sales of:
- Building materials OR
- Construction products OR
- Infrastructure / utility products
- Experience must be directly related to government or institutional sales
Employment Stability
- Last 2 organizations tenure must be minimum 2 years each
- No frequent job hopping
Mandatory Vehicle Requirement
- Candidate must own a personal four-wheeler
- Valid driving license is mandatory
- Role involves extensive field travel to government departments, project sites, consultants, and client offices
- Company will not provide a dedicated vehicle; travel reimbursement will be as per company policy
Education
- Continuous regular education only
- No education gap
- No correspondence / distance / open university
- Graduation in Engineering / Technical / Management-related discipline preferred
Employment Type
- No freelancers
- No consultants working independently
- Must be a full-time salaried professional
Preferred Background (Industry Exposure)
Experience in companies dealing with:
- FRP / GFRP / SMC products
- Cable trays, manhole covers, fencing systems, enclosures, panels
- Infrastructure, electrical, water, drainage, transport, or utility products
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of government procurement systems
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in field-intensive, target-driven environments
- Comfortable with travel and project-based sales

- 5% incentive on monthly sales generated, as per company incentive policy

- 2,00,000 on completion of 6 months from Date of Joining
