Job Description

Marketing / Sales Manager Domestic Market

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Week Off: 2nd & 4th Saturdays Off

Salary Package: 9 10 Lakhs per annum

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing / Sales Manager (Domestic Market) to lead our India business for APIs and intermediates. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge, established contacts within the Indian pharmaceutical sector, and a proven ability to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for APIs and intermediates in the domestic market.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base across India.
  • Manage existing customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and competitor tracking.
  • Coordinate with production, QC, QA, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
  • Participate in pricing discussions, negotiations, and tenders.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and MIS updates.
  • Represent the company at pharma exhibitions and networking events.

Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Marketing.
  • 57 years of experience in marketing/sales of APIs or intermediates within the Indian pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of API products, pharma manufacturing, and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
