We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales, Marketing, Business Development Manager to lead our business growth and client acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for brand visibility and lead generation
- Manage and grow all social media platforms, create content calendars, and run ad campaigns
- Build and maintain a client database and manage CRM
- Handle client inquiries, pitch services, and convert leads into confirmed projects
- Build strong B2B and B2C networks with architects, builders, and HNIs
- Oversee end-to-end client journey from first meeting to final project handover
- Track project progress, ensure timelines, and manage client communication
- Represent the brand in exhibitions, industry events, and networking meets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in interior/design industry)
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Knowledge of social media management and digital marketing tools
- Strong client relationship & project coordination skills
- Leadership ability and target-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proficient in CRM and digital tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Canva, Google Sheets)
