Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Drive technical sales and business development for AR, VR, IIoT, AI, and other emerging technologies across various sectors predominantly EdTech, Automotive, Manufacturing, Defense, Law Enforcement, and other sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to attract educational institutions for skill development programs and corporate clients for customized technology solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, HODs, faculty, corporate clients, and industry leaders to expand market reach.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend evaluation to identify new business opportunities and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and demos, showcasing the value of immersive training simulators, digital twins, and AI-powered solutions.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to align offerings with market demands and client needs.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness, optimizing strategies for maximum impact.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements, government initiatives, and emerging technology trends to drive innovative sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical sales and marketing, preferably in Emerging Technologies, EdTech, or B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of AR, VR, IIoT, AI, and other emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical and logical thinking abilities (Mandatory).
  • Proficiency in market research, trend analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in B2B sales, digital marketing, and strategic campaign execution is a plus.
