Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager, located in New Delhi. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to increase the hotel's revenue. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, managing online and offline marketing campaigns, and fostering relationships with clients and partners. The role also involves preparing sales reports, analyzing data, and working closely with the hotel management team to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and Marketing, with a strong understanding of market research and business development
• Proficiency in online and offline marketing techniques, including digital marketing and social media management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and report preparation
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using marketing software and tools
