This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Mumbai. The Sales Marketing Manager will plan and execute sales strategies, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include identifying market trends, developing marketing campaigns, overseeing product promotions, and working closely with operations to optimize customer satisfaction. Additionally, the manager will monitor competitors, mentor team members, and present performance reports to the leadership team.

• Strong sales and marketing skills, including developing strategies, market analysis, and campaign management
• Proven ability in client relationship management and aligning customer needs with business goals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Team leadership and mentoring abilities, with a focus on achieving cooperative success
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and analytics to track sales performance and strategies
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address customer and market challenges
• Relevant experience in technology, telecommunications, CATV/MATV, or network products is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
