Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager based in Delhi, India. The Sales Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of effective sales and marketing strategies to expand market presence, achieve revenue targets, and strengthen customer relationships. Responsibilities will include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and analyzing market trends to optimize marketing decisions. Additionally, the role will encompass the management of marketing campaigns, collaboration with the production team, and regular reporting on sales performance to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development expertise, including generating leads and building client relationships
- Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management skills
- Proficiency in Market Research and Data Analysis
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management abilities
- Knowledge of the manufacturing and automobile industries, especially within the casting sector
- Familiarity with innovative marketing tools and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles demonstrating successful achievements in meeting and exceeding revenue goals
