Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Marketing Manager in a hybrid role located in Pune Division, with flexibility for partial remote work. The role involves leading sales and marketing initiatives, driving business growth through client acquisition and retention, and strategizing marketing campaigns. A pivotal aspect of the role includes identifying business opportunities, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and fostering client relationships. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of technical offerings with client needs and market trends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Experience in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, and Social Media Strategy
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and MEP systems and their applications
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Ability to analyse market trends and develop data-driven strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the engineering or construction sector
• Strong project management and organisational skills
