Alloy Steel Precision Bright Bars - Gujarat Region
Company Overview:
We are a growing manufacturer of Alloy Steel Precision Bright Bars catering to various engineering, automotive, forging, machining, fastener, hydraulic, and industrial applications across India.
Location : Gujarat
The candidate will be responsible for developing business across major industrial belts of Gujarat, including:
- Surat
- Vadodara
- Ahmedabad
- Jamnagar
- Rajkot
- Other nearby industrial areas and clusters
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers for Alloy Steel Precision Bright Bars.
- Conduct regular visits to industries, factories, OEMs, stockists, and machine shops.
- Build strong long-term relationships with purchase managers, production heads, and business owners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable grades, sizes, and applications of our products.
- Explain product features, quality advantages, and technical benefits to prospective customers.
- Generate enquiries, prepare follow-ups, and coordinate quotations with the internal team.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed sales orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing in the Gujarat region.
- Coordinate with dispatch and production teams for smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction.
- Submit periodic sales reports, visit reports, and market feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in Industrial / B2B Sales & Marketing preferred.
- 3-5 YR experience in Steel, Bright Bars, Alloy Steel, Engineering Products, Metals, Industrial Consumables, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of independently handling territory sales.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat.
- Basic understanding of engineering and industrial applications preferred.
Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma in Engineering / Marketing / Business preferred.
- Relevant field sales experience will be given preference.
Compensation
- Salary: 30K to 40K
- Incentives: Performance-based sales incentives
- Travel Allowance: As applicable
