About The Role
ABC Designs is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support marketing strategy, client coordination, documentation, and execution across website, UI/UX, SEO, branding, and digital projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies.
- Coordinate digital campaigns and marketing materials.
- Pitch services to prospective clients and support client onboarding.
- Attend client meetings & prepare structured meeting reports.
- Handle professional email communication with clients & internal teams.
- Create proposals, scope documents, and presentations (PowerPoint/Canva).
- Support client branding discussions and brand positioning exercises.
- Maintain project tracking sheets and monitor deadlines & pending tasks.
- Help in drafting blogs, case studies, and LinkedIn content.
- Support team coordination and documentation processes.
- Travel within Mumbai or outside Mumbai as per project needs.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong written & spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Canva.
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals.
- Confidence in client interaction and presentations.
- Basic knowledge of website development terms & UI/UX process.
- Strong organizational & multitasking skills.
- Professional, confident, and structured approach.
- Ideate social media content strategies and post concepts (Instagram/LinkedIn).
- Use AI tools for research, structuring content, and improving workflow efficiency.
- Create and optimize ChatGPT prompts for content, proposals, and documentation support.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in preparing pitch decks.
- Understanding of digital marketing workflows (SEO, social media, Ads coordination).
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Content writing experience (Social Media captions).
- Experience in client pitching and onboarding processes.
- Experience using project tracking tools or structured reporting systems.
- Ability to leverage AI-driven tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini) for content ideation, research, and process automation.
