Key Responsibilities
- Meet orthodontic and dental product dealers, distributors, orthodontic labs, and key accounts across different cities.
- Visit and build relationships with dental and orthodontic colleges, introducing Penta Orthodontics product range.
- Represent the company at dental/orthodontic expos, exhibitions, and industry events (including weekends if required).
- Willing to travel across India to generate new leads, close sales, and maintain client relationships.
- Work from the office most days, with occasional travel to meet clients and attend events.
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers, addressing any queries or concerns.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Identify potential market opportunities and provide inputs for improving marketing and sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, visit records, and customer data in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a focus on expanding the dealer and institutional network.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (freshers with strong communication and willingness to travel can apply).
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while on the move.
- Fluent in English (Hindi is a plus).
- Willingness to travel pan-India extensively.
