Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

We at Techsofya are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to help us expand our global footprint, generate new business opportunities, and strengthen our market presence through effective marketing initiatives.
Role Overview:
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting marketing campaigns across regions. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, digital marketing knowledge, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets (India, UK, UAE, Singapore, Australia).
- Generate leads through networking, cold calls, emails, and digital platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).
- Build and nurture client relationships to understand their business needs and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, capability presentations, and client pitches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and project delivery.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote Techsofya's services and solutions.
- Create engaging marketing content, case studies, and digital materials in coordination with the design and content teams.
- Manage and optimize company presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Conduct market research to analyze competitors, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate participation in webinars, technology events, and industry expos.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities.
- Prepare periodic sales and marketing performance reports for management review.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (delivery, finance, HR) to align business goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 23 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the IT/technology sector.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
