Role Overview

This is a full-time role for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for actively driving business growth through lead follow-ups, client meetings, presentations, and closing deals. You will be the face of Orrigem for new prospects, acting as a bridge between their needs and our creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify through google, connect, and follow up with potential leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Schedule and attend in-person or virtual meetings with clients and prospects
  • Understand client requirements and pitch relevant Orrigem services (Branding, Digital Marketing, Website, etc.more clarity will given during interview)
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in CRM or reporting formats
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposal creation, timelines, and smooth onboarding
  • Work on achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Regular market research and competitor analysis to find new business opportunities
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing (experience in creative/branding/digital field preferred)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (English, Hindi and Marathi is a plus)
  • Good understanding of branding, design, and digital marketing services
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Basic knowledge of market planning and lead generation techniques
  • Passionate about helping businesses grow through creative solutions
