National Sales & Marketing Executive Dusala India

Role Overview

We are seeking a hardcore, result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to lead Dusala's offline sales expansion across India. This is an all-rounder role for a mid-level professional with proven contacts in luxury retail, multi-brand outlets, airport retail, and hotel boutiques. The candidate will be responsible for placing Dusala shawls, stoles, jackets, and jewelry in premium stores across the country.

This is a performance-heavy, target-oriented role perfect for someone who thrives on placements, closing sales, and scaling luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities

Market Penetration (Day 1 Onwards):

Use existing contacts to immediately pitch Dusala to multi-brand stores, airports, and hotel boutiques.

Present Dusala collections to category buyers and decision-makers.

Sales & Placement Targets:

Achieve 5,00,000+ confirmed sales/placements per month.

Ensure minimum 5 new store openings every quarter.

Account Management:

Build long-term relationships with premium retailers (Shopper's Stop, Iconic, Raas, Frontier, Taj/ITC hotels, etc.).

Secure repeat orders and negotiate better shelf placements.

Reporting & Pipeline:

Maintain a daily call log and weekly pipeline sheet (prospects meetings closures).

Submit an updated sales tracker at the end of each week.

Marketing Support:

Assist in POS material placement, in-store events, and influencer tie-ups through retail partners.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

Monthly Sales Target: 5,00,000 confirmed placements.

Quarterly Store Openings: 5+ new accounts.

Response Time: Daily pipeline updates; weekly progress review.

Retention: Minimum 70% reorder rate from opened stores.

Compensation Structure

Fixed Basic Salary: 60,000 70,000/month (depending on experience & contacts).

Sales Incentives:

2% commission on all confirmed sales.

34% commission on sales above monthly target.

5,00010,000 bonus for each new store opened.

Example Payout:

Sales Closed = 7,00,000 in a month

Incentives = 16,000 + bonuses (2 new stores = 10,000)

Total = 86,000 on top of base 6070K.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 58 years in luxury fashion, lifestyle, or accessories.

Contacts: Strong network in multi-brand stores, hotels, airports, and premium retail.

Skills: Aggressive sales closings, relationship-building, and ability to drive national growth independently.

Mindset: Hardcore, hungry, all-rounder capable of delivering results from Day 1.

Day 1 Deliverables

Submit a target list of 20+ stores/buyers to be approached within the first week.

Make first calls and secure minimum 35 meetings in Week 1.

Share pipeline tracker end of Day 1.
