Nitro Commerce is a Series A AdTech startup redefining how India's fastest-growing brands acquire and retain customers in a privacy-first, cookieless world. Founded in 2023 by the team behind Wigzo (acquired by Shiprocket), Nitro is building India's first Revenue-as-a-Service stack. With more than 2,700+ brands already onboarded, we're rapidly emerging as the go-to partner for commerce media in India.

At Nitro Commerce, we're looking for someone who deeply understands how the agency ecosystem works and can help us scale our agency-led growth.

This role is for someone who has already spent years working closely with marketing agencies, understands how they actually move, and has built strong relationships with decision-makers.

If you've helped grow revenue for a DSP, ad-tech platform, media platform, or publisher through agencies, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do
  • Build and grow relationships with performance marketing agencies, lead generation agencies, shopify agencies, website development agencies and other consultation partners.
  • Drive agency-led revenue and partnerships.
  • Work closely with agency leadership to unlock new opportunities.
  • Enable agencies with positioning, use-cases, and campaign solutions.
  • Act as the bridge between agencies and our internal product & sales teams.

  • What We're Looking For
    • 2 - 5 years of experience in agency sales for ad-tech, DSPs, media platforms, digital publishers or martech companies.
    • Strong understanding of how agencies evaluate solution vendors.
    • Proven experience in driving business via agencies.
    • Existing relationships within the agency ecosystem.
    • A relationship-first mindset with strong commercial instincts.
