Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Sales Marketing Executive. The role involves conducting market research, developing market plans, executing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, and building strong customer relationships. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to create marketing campaigns, promote product awareness, and track the effectiveness of initiatives to drive sales in designated territories.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify growth opportunities and trends.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing, including executing strategies and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the healthcare or medical devices industry is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to adapt to market demands and challenges.
