Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a FMCG Sales & Marketing Executive. The responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying target markets, and developing effective marketing strategies. The role also involves identifying and engaging potential clients to drive sales, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will participate in market planning and coordinate with the team to enhance the company's presence and growth in the FMCG sector.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify opportunities and trends.
- Strong skills in Sales and Marketing with the ability to achieve business objectives and sales goals.
- Excellent Communication skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work on-site collaboratively with the team.
- Prior experience or knowledge in the FMCG sector is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage distributor networks in assigned territory.
- Drive product sales to wholesalers and retailers through effective field visits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support.
- Maintain honesty, discipline, and accountability in all duties
Requirements
- Must own a 2-wheeler with valid insurance and PUC.
- Strong commitment to discipline and responsibility.
- Open to handling official tasks as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits
