Company Description APM Technologies 3D Pvt Ltd, established in 1999, focuses on bringing advanced 3D technologies to the Indian industry. The company is a Certified Partner of Carl Zeiss GOM Metrology GmbH, Germany, providing sales, service, support, and warranty for high-precision metrology solutions. APM Technologies specializes in 3D scanning, 3D printing, augmented reality, and inspection technologies for sectors such as automotive, aerospace, defense, power generation, consumer goods, transportation, biomechanical/medical, and education. Its products and services support a wide range of applications including digitization, quality control, deformation analysis, reverse engineering, and additive manufacturing across diverse manufacturing processes like casting, sheet metal forming, plastics, and tool & die.

Role Description The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing existing accounts, and promoting APM Technologies 3D scanning, printing, and metrology solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing and executing marketing campaigns, developing sales presentations and proposals, and engaging with clients through meetings, demonstrations, and follow-ups. The role involves close collaboration with technical and service teams to understand customer requirements, provide accurate product information, and support pre- and post-sales activities. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, requiring regular client visits, participation in industry events, and consistent reporting on sales and marketing performance.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to develop and implement effective promotional strategies.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present technical solutions clearly and build long-term client relationships.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Sales to generate leads, negotiate deals, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Relevant experience in industrial or technology solutions (preferably 3D scanning, metrology, or manufacturing) is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Delhi, travel to client locations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with strong organizational and reporting abilities.
