Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Dehraun- UK. The Sales Manager will lead a team of channel partners to achieve targeted goals. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, identifying new business prospects, and delivering exceptional customer support to ensure client satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, analyze sales performance metrics, and collaborate on strategies to enhance overall productivity and growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales Management, Lead Generation, and Business Development
  • Experience in building and maintaining Client Relationships and providing exceptional Customer Service
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Knowledge in the General insurance industry and understanding of various insurance products
