Job Title: Sales Manager – Healthcare SaaS & Medical Tourism

Yapita Health builds Curefy, an AI-powered CRM for doctors and clinics (5,000+ users). We also help international patients (Africa, Middle East, Asia) access affordable treatment in top Global hospitals.
What You'll Do:
Build & lead a Sales team of 6–8 reps (SaaS + Medical Tourism)
Manage CRM pipeline, forecast revenue, ensure 90%+ accuracy
Join key sales calls with hospitals and international partners
Hire, train, and coach BD reps to hit targets
What We're Looking For:
MBA from a reputed college
Up to 8 years of sales experience, 3+ years managing teams in B2B
Experience in healthcare SaaS, medtech, or medical tourism (strongly preferred)
Hands-on with HubSpot/Salesforce CRM
Excellent English + Hindi communication
On-site in Gurugram
