Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth, demand generation, and client acquisition for strategic technology and digital transformation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, business development, account management, and enterprise solution selling, with experience engaging large enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales and business development activities to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and C-level executives.
- Understand client business challenges and position appropriate technology and consulting solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting, lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate with delivery, solution, and pre-sales teams to develop customized client solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and revenue projections.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12–18 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Proven experience in enterprise technology services, digital engineering, IT consulting, or software services sales.
- Strong expertise in demand generation, lead generation, client acquisition, and account growth.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to Retail, E-commerce, Consumer Goods, or BFSI clients.
- Existing network of enterprise customers and decision-makers.
- Exposure to global markets including the UK, Europe, or North America.
- MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.
