Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Salcette. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying growth opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets. The role includes managing client accounts, conducting market research, analyzing sales data, overseeing team performance, and collaborating with other departments to enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven abilities in Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
• Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Negotiation, and Sales Forecasting
• Experience in Market Analysis, Team Leadership, and Meeting Revenue Targets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry or prior experience in a similar field is advantageous
