This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in North Goa. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, developing and executing sales strategies, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales teams, building strong client relationships, conducting market research, and identifying growth opportunities. The Sales Manager will also handle client negotiations and oversee the complete sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction and successful property transactions.

• Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Skills in Negotiation, Market Research, and Strategic Thinking
• Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Communication abilities
• Proficiency in Sales Reporting, CRM tools, and MS Office
• Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
• Ability to work on-site in North Goa and travel as necessary
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
