Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and executing sales strategies, managing and expanding the client base, identifying new market opportunities, and meeting revenue goals. Additionally, the role involves building strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, coordinating sales operations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Acquisition
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
  • Marketing and market research expertise
  • Leadership abilities with experience in managing sales teams
  • Excellent analytical skills for evaluating sales data and market trends
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and travel as needed for client meetings
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
