Job Description: Sales Manager (North / South Region)
Company: Wellsttore Services Pvt. Ltd.
Experience: 8 to 12 years in records management or banking
Role
Own business growth in the assigned region by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts across banks, NBFCs, corporates and other institutions.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business for records management, storage and digitization services
- Prepare proposals and negotiate through to closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Share regular pipeline reports and market feedback with management
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of sales experience, preferably in records management or banking
- Proven record of meeting targets
- Strong network with decision-makers in banks, NBFCs or corporates
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel within the region
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
