Sales Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at our Delhi, India office. The Sales Manager will oversee and implement sales strategies, build and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the creative and operational teams to understand client needs, develop custom solutions, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Regular reporting and analysis of sales performance will also be part of the role.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability in sales strategy development and business development
• Experience in client relationship management and customer service
• Proficiency in market research and lead generation
• Ability to meet targets and manage performance metrics effectively
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
• Familiarity with the wedding industry and photography/film production is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
