About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager with 58 years of proven experience in real estate sales to lead, coach, and expand our sales team. The ideal candidate is results-driven, strategic, and skilled at building relationships while delivering consistent revenue growth. The candidate must also be open to content creation.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities to guide team direction.
- Build and manage sales pipelines to ensure consistent performance and forecasting accuracy.
Team Leadership & Management
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales executives/agents to hit individual and team goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Foster a high-energy, collaborative, and accountable sales culture.
Lead Management & Conversion
- Oversee daily lead distribution, follow-up processes, and conversion tracking.
- Implement effective prospecting methods (cold calling, referrals, digital leads, events, etc.).
- Ensure the team maintains strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Process & Performance Optimization
- Monitor KPIs (calls, meetings, listings, closures, revenue).
- Improve sales scripts, pitch materials, and objection-handling techniques.
- Collaborate with marketing for lead-generation strategies and promotional campaigns.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build relationships with homeowners, investors, developers, and partners.
- Resolve escalated client concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Represent the company at meetings, open houses, and networking events.
Content Creation & Brand Support
- Participate in video shoots, reels, social media content, and market updates.
- Work with the marketing team to support digital campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
- Be comfortable being a public-facing representative of the company across online platforms.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 58 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
