Position: Cluster Manager

Location: Noida

The Cluster Manager will be responsible for leading, managing, and growing the inside sales operations across a specific geographical cluster. The role demands strong leadership skills, an ability to drive sales, and a deep understanding of the EdTech industry. The Cluster Manager will play a key role in building and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, while ensuring the team maintains high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy & Execution

o Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned cluster, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.

o Monitor sales performance within the cluster and ensure the achievement of targets.

o Drive new customer acquisition and upsell opportunities by leveraging inside sales techniques and strategies.

• Team Management & Leadership

o Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives, ensuring they meet individual and team sales targets.

o Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to sales team members to enhance skills and improve performance.

o Foster a collaborative, results-driven sales culture within the team.

• Sales Operations & Reporting

o Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics for the cluster.

o Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management on team performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.

o Ensure the effective use of CRM tools and sales processes for tracking leads, conversions, and customer engagement.

• Market Analysis & Business Development

o Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activities.

o Stay updated with the latest developments in the EdTech space to effectively position the company's products and services.

o Work closely with marketing teams to align lead-generation strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

o Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Education, or related field (MBA preferred).

o 6+ years of experience in inside sales, with at least 4 years in a leadership or managerial role.

o Experience in the EdTech industry is a significant advantage.

o Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

o Strong leadership and team management abilities.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers.

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

o Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.

o Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
