Designation: Relationship Officer / Sales Manager

Products: Personal Loan (PL), Loan Against Property (LAP) & Home Loan
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through direct sales and market visits.
- Handle and manage 4–6 DSA partners for regular business generation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSA partners.
- Generate leads through DSA, connectors, property dealers and local market channels.
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to login, approval and disbursement.
- Monitor DSA performance, lead flow, login, approval and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations and Collections teams.
- Maintain strong customer and channel relationships.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate preferred.
- Experience in PL / LAP / Home Loan / Mortgage / Retail Finance sales preferred.
- DSA handling / channel sales experience is preferred.
- Ability to manage and develop 4–6 DSA relationships.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong local market knowledge and willingness to travel.
Salary & Incentives
CTC: 3 LPA – 10 LPA
Additional Incentives: Up to 1 LPA based on performance.
