Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the South Goa district for a Sales Manager. Responsibilities include managing sales strategies to achieve targets, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and overseeing the sales team's performance. The role requires market analysis to generate leads, strategic planning for client engagement, and the ability to close high-value luxury property deals, while consistently representing the values of the Victorino brand.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Market Analysis, and Business Development
  • Experience with Client Relationship Management and Negotiation
  • Proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and luxury property industry
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in real estate
  • Proficiency with relevant CRM tools and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; real estate certification is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
