Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in goa and maharashtra. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop sales strategies, maintain client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include monitoring team performance, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with other departments to ensure aligned business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales strategy development, client relationship building, and business development.
- Ability to lead and manage teams, monitor performance, and achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of realestate market trends, sales tools, and relevant software applications.
- Proven experience in a managerial sales role or equivalent position.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preffered
- Experience in the realestate industry / Freshers can do apply with the mentality to learn and adapt to the business
