Role Description
Real Estate Sales
Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume (revenue) and unit targets.
Lead Generation & Management: Identifying new potential clients, managing the sales pipeline from lead to closure, and increasing conversion rates.
Client Relationship Management (CRM): Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, managing client complaints, and increasing referrals.
Property Viewings & Site Visits: Organizing and conducting site inspections and open houses for potential buyers or tenants.
Negotiation & Deal Closing: Negotiating terms between buyers and sellers, resolving objections, and finalizing contracts.
Market Knowledge & Reporting: Staying updated on market trends and competitor activities to provide accurate property valuations and reports to management.
Channel Sales Management: Developing and managing relationships with channel partners (brokers) to drive sales.

Qualifications
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to identify challenges, analyze data, and implement effective solutions in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of Real Estate Industry: A strong understanding of the real estate sector and affordable housing trends is a significant advantage but not mandatory.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA is an asset.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail.
