Role Description
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and client acquisition in the loans and mortgage sector. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential leads, building strong relationships with clients, and providing personalized financial guidance. The role will also require leading a sales team, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with financial partners to offer optimal solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.
Qualifications

- Understanding of financial services, loan products, and market operations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with diverse clients and stakeholders
- Experience in team leadership and the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to evaluate sales performance and trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the banking, financial, or mortgage sectors is a significant advantage
