Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will oversee business development by identifying and engaging potential travel business clients, nurturing long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The day-to-day tasks will include managing a sales pipeline, conducting market research, developing strategies to expand customer reach, negotiating and closing deals, and collaborating with the marketing and product team to align client needs with company offerings. The Sales Manager will also play a key role in leading and mentoring the sales team to ensure high performance and growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience and skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Account Management
  • Strong communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and Data Analysis
  • Experience in the travel industry or B2B sales is highly desirable
  • Leadership, Team Management, and Organizational skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
