Primary job title: Sales Managr (Interior Designer)

About The Opportunity

A fast-growing organisation in the flexible workspace and commercial real estate sector providing coworking, private offices and workplace solutions to startups, SMEs and enterprise clients across India. We sell memberships, private leased space and tailored enterprise workplace programs to drive occupancy, revenue and client retention.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end sales for assigned territory: prospect, qualify, present workspace solutions and close B2B deals to consistently meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Manage and grow strategic accountsdevelop proposals, negotiate commercial terms and secure multi-month or enterprise contracts with a focus on ARR and occupancy.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM; prioritise high-quality leads, run demos/site tours and convert inbound/outbound enquiries into signed agreements.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Community teams to ensure smooth onboarding, SLA adherence and high renewal/retention rates for customers.
  • Track sales KPIs, prepare regular forecasts and reports for leadership; identify gaps and implement corrective actions to improve conversion and deal velocity.
  • Represent the company at industry events and corporate outreach; develop partnerships and channel relationships to expand lead sources.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven B2B sales experience with demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in commercial real estate, coworking, or corporate sales.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise deals, contract negotiation and closing multi-seat/multi-month agreements.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce or Zoho preferred) and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Experience in territory management, key account management and building high-conversion sales funnels.
  • Excellent commercial acumenability to build pricing/commercial proposals, ROI business cases and present to decision-makers (CxO/Head of Workplace).
  • On-site role requiring frequent client visits and ability to travel within assigned city/territory.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in coworking, flexible workspace sales orinterior sales.
  • Exposure to channel/partner sales or enterprise procurement cycles.
  • Familiarity with lead-gen tools and digital outreach platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation).
