Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role, based in Jaipur, for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee the day-to-day sales activities, including identifying and developing growth opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for meeting sales targets, conducting market analysis, coordinating with the marketing team, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. Additionally, the Sales Manager will lead and mentor the sales team while ensuring all activities align with company goals.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills to identify prospects, close deals, and maintain strong customer connections.
  • Leadership and Team Management skills to guide, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve goals.
  • Strategic Thinking and Market Analysis skills for developing and implementing sales plans and understanding market trends.
  • Negotiation and Communication skills to manage client interactions, close deals, and resolve concerns effectively.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related technologies is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
