Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and leading outbound sales efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing sales pipelines, understanding client needs, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business targets. The role also involves tracking market trends and providing valuable feedback for continuous improvement in sales processes.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Business Development skills: Experience in lead generation, account management, and closing deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Strong ability to build, nurture, and maintain relationships with customers while addressing their needs effectively.
  • Strategic Thinking and Negotiation: Competence in creating sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and negotiating contracts.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present compelling pitches and proposals to clients.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to track sales performance and manage client accounts effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle customer concerns and provide solutions that align with company goals and client expectations.
  • Relevant Experience: Proven track record in a similar role, preferably in B2B sales or global trade intelligence sectors.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
