Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Lucknow. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The role also involves sales training and overseeing sales processes to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills and the ability to effectively convey ideas to clients and team members
Proven Customer Service and relationship management skills
Expertise in Sales processes and strategies
Experience in Training and coaching sales teams
Proficiency in Sales Management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in real estate operations/turnkey projects/urban planning/retail/ manufacturing or service industry is an advantage
