Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow for a Franchise Sales Manager. In this position, you will manage franchise sales operations, develop and execute strategic business plans, and oversee franchise acquisitions. Responsibilities include driving lead generation, building relationships with potential franchisees, conducting market research, and negotiating franchise agreements to achieve sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistency and success in franchise operations.

  • Experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising processes
  • Skills in Business Planning and strategic execution
  • Proficient in Lead Generation and developing a sales pipeline
  • Strong Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with franchise partners
  • Knowledge of market analysis and identifying growth opportunities
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets and deadlines
  • Previous experience in franchise development or sales management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
